Four Seasons MICE Conversion to Retail

The current MICE area at Four Seasons is separated from the rest of Level 2 retail, gaming and public circulation to other parcels.  To improve the situation, this project is to convert the existing MICE area to become a retail mall.  As a result, it will be linked to the adjacent retail, public corridor in Parcel 2, and also to Grand Suites on Level 4 by adding a new landing for an existing guest lift.  The project shall also include re-provision of MICE on Level 20 “Business Center” into two meeting rooms and one multi-purpose room to fulfill hotel licensing requirement.
