The Sheraton Grand, comprising Sheraton Sky Tower and Sheraton Earth Tower with a total of 4001 rooms and suites, has a yearly record of 1.2 million room nights and 3.2 million guests per year. With new supply and constant upgrade in the hotel industry, it is imperative to provide guests the expected upscale and luxurious experience in-line with the Sheraton Promise and Brand Standards.  In addition, with the redevelopment of Sands Cotai Central into The Londoner, the Sheraton will be re-branded to become the Londoner Grand Hotel which will convert some entry category rooms into enlarged suites, resulting in 2,405 rooms and suites upon completion.
