Public Housing at New Urban Zone Area A Lot B11

The project is located at Lot B11 of the New Reclamation Area Zone A, with a site area of 6,715 m² and a total gross floor area of 82,500 m². This development includes residential units, public parking and various commercial and social facilities. Upon completion, it will provide 768 social residential units, along with 267 parking spaces for cars and 255 for motorcycles. More importantly, a key highlight of the project is its connection to the Light Rail Transit station through an underground commercial street, which will significantly enhance public accessibility and connectivity.  The design will incorporate environmentally friendly construction method – Modular Integrated Construction, as well as sustainable strategies like solar panels and eco-friendly interior finishes.
