Isabella Ng is the founding principal of IN Design. Before starting the firm, Isabella has practiced architecture in the States and Macau for over 20 years. Upon returning to Macau in 2005, Isabella has worked in a few firms on the consultant side and on the client side. In 2017, Isabella founded IN Design with the belief that a small design firm can provide flexible and responsive service to clients in a timely manner for the rapid pace of Macau business.

Isabella holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from University of Houston, and a Master of Architecture from University of Texas at Austin. She is licensed in the State of Texas and Macau. She is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Architects Association of Macau (AAM).
