Circle Ao is the project manager for a number of projects at the Macau University of Science and Technology.  She is specialized in budget planning, preparation of tender document and construction management,  With her in-depth understanding of building codes and knowledge in government submission procedure, she has led in numerous projects that require submission and licensing service.  In office, Circle is a calm, decisive and critical thinker whom colleagues would naturally look up to for a second opinion.

Circle holds a Diploma in Surveying from University of Hong Kong, and a High Diploma of Social Sciences in Social Work from Macau Polytechnic Institute.
