Billy Leung served as the chief compliance officer of an international gaming equipment company in Asia. He helped to navigate different rules and regulations in jurisdictions including Macau, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam.  He was also the head of casino systems and slot department for a number of integrated resort casinos. He has held a management role and supervised an R&D team In a software company for over 10 years in his early career stage.

Billy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
